Launcher integration

1. Obtain an auth ticket from your title backend.
2. Fetch the depot manifest from /depot/<title>/<build>/manifest.bin.
3. Download missing chunks from /chunks/<hash> with header X-Patch-Ticket.

Requests without a valid ticket return 403. Chunks are content-addressed (1 MiB, zstd).
